Wednesday: The First Break

Today is the first of the every-other-week schedule. I realize I have to talk about something. But what? Hmmm.....



zzzz... huh? Wha? Oh, I know what I can talk about!

Sleep is the most important thing a human needs after water and food. What's that? You can just drink coffee and Monster? Well, congratulations, as soon as you miss you miss your fix, you win the mother of all non-migraine headaches. I am lucky to have found this out second-hand.

What I have found out first hand is stress and lack of sleep in college create a vicious cycle. The more stressed you are, the less you sleep. The less you sleep, the more stressed you get. I have learned this lesson thanks to my self-taught lesson "Congratulations, you are on the brink of failing Math and Sociology and are definitely failing English." Also known as FAIL-1001. Yay.
